LuVi House is a very central apartment, 10 meters from Piazza Santa Croce, directly in front of Teatro Verdi, a historic Florentine theater.
The apartment is located on the second floor without elevator, and consists of a large entrance hall, with sofa and TV, from which there is access to the master bedroom, one of the two full bathrooms, and the spacious living area in which there is a fully equipped kitchenette with dining table, and separated by a bookcase the second double bed, as well as access to the second full bathroom with toilet and shower. In the kitchen there are induction stove, washing machine, dishwasher, traditional and microwave oven, as well as Nespresso coffee machine and mocha.
