Key handover must take place in person. Due to recent Italian regulations, we are required to meet guests for key handover and carry out identification. We will therefore ask you to show us again the ID document that you have already uploaded to our portal.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee check-in beyond the time specified for each apartment.
All our apartments are available from 3:00 PM. Before this time, we carry out cleaning and sanitization of the apartment, as well as any necessary maintenance, so early check-in is not possible.
For any changes to the length of your stay, you can contact us by phone or email, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot offer refunds for early departures.
According to Italian law, we are required to identify and register all guests staying in our apartments. We understand the process may be a bit tedious, and we thank you for your cooperation.
Pets of any kind are not allowed in any of our apartments, except for guide dogs or other service animals.
We can provide up to two cribs per each apartment. The request can be made at the time of booking and confirmed during the online check-in by paying the service fee.
The apartments are provided with certified sanitized bed and bath linen.
For stays longer than 30 days, linen will not be included in the amenities. You can provide your own personal linen or we can arrange for rental.
