In 2016, to meet the numerous requests from our loyal clients, we expanded our services beyond the classic offerings of a Real Estate Agency to include the management of tourist rentals—a service that complements all rental possibilities for property owners.
The growing demand for a professional property management service led to exponential growth in our work. In 2018, we welcomed our first employees, and the team expanded to reach a group of 8 members by 2024. Each person within the team plays a vital role in making our guests’ stays memorable and providing property owners with the peace of mind of a professional service.
The team is constantly growing, with each new member bringing a wealth of personal experiences that help us improve and enhance our internal organization.
Irene Caruso: The owner oversees and coordinates all activities, with a constant focus on researching and updating the best possible solutions to achieve maximum satisfaction for property owners and full approval from guests.
Loredana Piccini: Our top aesthetic expert, she coordinates the management of non-hotel accommodation facilities.
Marco Casula: Having witnessed the significant growth of the business, Marco handles the creation and supervision of online listings on various OTAs, always keeping an eye on new developments to improve portal rankings.
Attilio Bonacci: Manages the company’s accounting and coordinates relationships with cleaning companies, our key partners in ensuring perfectly maintained apartments.
Andrè Marcucci: Carefully inspects each property to immediately identify any necessary improvements and ensure the property is ready for the next guests.
Lorenzo Colzi: In addition to meticulously performing quality checks, Lorenzo coordinates maintenance for managed properties, ensuring that any issues are promptly resolved.
Alessia Ubaldino: The first point of contact for guest reception, she answers all questions and strives to find the right solution for every need.
